You may request a return or exchange if:

The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
2. Items NOT Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

Sale, discounted, or promotional items

Accessories

Items without original packaging or tags

Color differences due to screen or lighting (minor variation is not considered a defect)

4. Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.

In case of sending an incorrect or defective product, Elegant Queen will cover the return shipping.
5. Exchange Policy
If your exchange request is approved:

You may choose an item of equal value.

If the exchanged item costs more, the price difference must be paid.

Shipping charges for exchange will be paid by the customer.
6. Refund Policy
We currently do not offer cash refunds.
However, in eligible cases, we provide:

Store Credit / Voucher
This credit can be used on any future purchase at Elegant Queen.
7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipping only.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
