Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The request is made within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

2. Items NOT Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items

  • Accessories

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Color differences due to screen or lighting (minor variation is not considered a defect)

3. Return/Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Pictures or video of the issue

    • Reason for return or exchange

4. Return Shipping Cost

  • Return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.

  • In case of sending an incorrect or defective product, Elegant Queen will cover the return shipping.

5. Exchange Policy

If your exchange request is approved:

  • You may choose an item of equal value.

  • If the exchanged item costs more, the price difference must be paid.

  • Shipping charges for exchange will be paid by the customer.

6. Refund Policy

We currently do not offer cash refunds.
However, in eligible cases, we provide:

  • Store Credit / Voucher
    This credit can be used on any future purchase at Elegant Queen.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping only.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
