Refund Policy

1. No Cash Refunds

Elegant Queen does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

Refunds are only provided in the form of:

  • Store Credit / Voucher (usable on any future purchase)


2. When Refund (Store Credit) Is Issued

You may receive store credit if:

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • You provide clear photos or video proof

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

All refund decisions are made after inspection and verification by our team.


3. Store Credit Terms

  • Store credit is issued via voucher code

  • Valid for one-time use

  • Non-transferable

  • Cannot be converted to cash

  • Must be used within the validity period (mentioned at the time of issue)


4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds (store credit) will not be issued for:

  • Used, worn, or washed products

  • Slight color differences due to lighting or screen resolution

  • Accessories

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Wrong size choices by customers


5. Return Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping cost is paid by the customer

  • Elegant Queen covers return shipping only if the item delivered was defective or incorrect


6. Order Cancellation Refund

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping only

  • Once dispatched, orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund

  • Cancelled orders (before shipping) will receive store credit, not cash
