Elegant Queen does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
Refunds are only provided in the form of:

2. When Refund (Store Credit) Is Issued
You may receive store credit if:

The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect

The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order

You provide clear photos or video proof

The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
All refund decisions are made after inspection and verification by our team.
3. Store Credit Terms

Store credit is issued via voucher code

Valid for one-time use

Non-transferable

Cannot be converted to cash

Must be used within the validity period (mentioned at the time of issue)
4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds (store credit) will not be issued for:

Used, worn, or washed products

Slight color differences due to lighting or screen resolution

Accessories

Sale or discounted items

Items damaged after delivery

Wrong size choices by customers
5. Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping cost is paid by the customer

Elegant Queen covers return shipping only if the item delivered was defective or incorrect
6. Order Cancellation Refund

Orders can be cancelled before shipping only

Once dispatched, orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund

Cancelled orders (before shipping) will receive store credit, not cash
